The field will be sold as a used field on our website for a prize that includes our service fee. Once it is sold, we will send you a crated pallet and instructions for how to send us your field. Payment for your field will be secured but held until we confirm your decription of the field was correct and complete. This will usually take 24-48 hours from the day we receive it. We will then release funds for you to withdraw.

Please note that you can only trade it in towards the purchase of a new Supairball field for which you will receive best possible dealer wholesale pricing.

Once you accept our offer and decided which field you would like to apply its credit value to, we will send you a crated pallet and instructions for sending us your field. Once your field is received, additional payment is secured and we confirmed your decription of the field was correct and complete. This usually takes 24-48 hours from the day we received it. We will then immediately dispatch your new NPPL, Xball, or Tournament inflatable paintball field.
